Absolutely a must visit local cafe with gluten free as well as non-gluten free deliciousness. They have a variety of drinks and pastries/baked goods and also include a lot of savory meal options.The gluten free biscuits and gravy are an instant close-you're-eyes and bask in the magic, experience. I recently discovered this spot after learning about them from a post from the local community Facebook page. My fiance and I are gluten-free and knew we had to try them out! Hope's isn't a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, but the owner is gluten-free herself and takes precautions to help prevent cross-contamination.
