“The food here is ALWAYS amazing. It's fresh, fast and beyond compare with prices that are reasonable. Highly recommend it if you are a sushi fan. Not a romantic getaway but I go out to eat and to me the food is more important than the atmosphere.“
“I've lived in Gresham for a while but finally decided to check out this place on a whim...and am so glad I did! They have a large variety on their menu that my boyfriend and I have been enjoying working through, like beef short rib, yakisoba, sushi, & sakudogs. Lately our favorite go to has been their soy garlic Korean fried chicken. The flavor is awesome and texture is nice and crunchy. The inside of the place is small so it's a great spot for to-go or nice for a quick dinner before grabbing groceries.“
“I’ve been looking for somewhere with chicken udon forever. The old place I used to get it at stoped serving it. No where serves it and most of the time don’t even know what I’m talking about. But I found it here and decided to try it. It was so delicious just like the other place I used to get it from. Just want I needed. Definitely will be coming again.“
“One of the best Bibimbap bowls I have had in a while. Big, generous portion, excellent gojuchang and delicious veggies. The egg was even cooked perfectly. Ordering lunch from here made my workday better, and that's pretty hard to say sometimes! Definitely worth a try.“
“They make healthy oil fried sesame balls with red bean paste. 6 for $4.90. If u call ahead, they will be ready to go when u get there.Vegetarian options: Friendly service with a Smile! Reasonable prices. Easy parking. Prompt service. Clean.Parking: I've never had a problem.“
“Where Taste Buds Do a Happy Dance!Visiting Joy Teriyaki is like being on a first-name basis with Flavor Town. Their teriyaki chicken is so good, it'll make your taste buds think they've won the flavor lottery! The staff is so friendly, I half-expected to be invited to their family reunion. Bottom line: If you're in Gresham and don't stop by Joy Teriyaki, your taste buds may never forgive you. No pressure, though!“
“UPDATE EDIT: March 2024I would give 11/10Been a while since we’ve been here but we already knew it would be worth coming back!!The rainbow roll I got was even better than I was expecting. Perfect for me I love their roles and didn’t realize I had missed them so much.Only took one picture because I was too busy enjoying the meal.Hard to choose what to try because I know everything will be good.Spendy but worth it. Service was great, fast and I loved the ‘08 songs they had playing.Takoyaki was really good, first time ever trying.Older: August 2022Staff is very friendly and attentive. We got 2 bowls of ramen, gyoza, and 2 different rolls. The rolls in my opinion are silly big. I'm not sure why they make them so large because sometimes it's hard to eat, and it falls apart. I wish the cuts of fish for the rolls were a little larger. The proportion just seems a little off. The ramen on the other hand is hands down the best around. Broth so flavorful and all around filling. The gyoza was light and crispy. Not like any I've had and quickly eaten up.I don't come here often and we only stopped by for the ramen today, but this is definitly a spot to try out for yourself. It's clean, beautiful decor, on the higher side price wise but a pleasant dining experience.Super clean and nice inside. Their plates for sushi and bowls for soup are really cute and not cheap looking at all. They remodeled recently and just looks really good. Definitly on the spendy side but worth every penny. Sushi is really good, large rolls.“
