I’m in a rut! When I visit HV Food carts, I make a beeline to Fuego All Day (FAD). It’s the Birria Tacos with a side of House Queso and chips. The birria tacos always hit! The queso (with or without the chorizo) makes the meal complete. I’ve been to HV Food carts when FAD was closed for a catering event. I got the Fuego Bowl with chorizo. It was amazing, a great mix of flavors and spice, with medium salsa balancing it out. Nothing negative to say at all. Great service, perfect portions.... an amazing lunch choice.

Food is great! Loved their carnitas tacos, fish, and chicken tacos but I would recommend eating at the location. I ordered take out and by the time I got to our place tacos got soggy. But I know they would of been intact if we ate at the establishment. Overall super good. Ceviche was bomb. Birra tacos were okay. Salsas had a fun spin, but I would of loved some traditional salsas on the tacos.
