I stopped in for the first time after the lunch hour. The place wasn’t busy at all, but the staff was incredibly unprofessional. The gal who seemed to be the supervisor/cashier was complaining about the manager/owner having her put up a promo that ends in a week - cussing from the prep area within ear shot of the dining area, saying she’s going to waste time looking like she’s cleaning. Drive the extra 10 minutes to firehouse- it’s so worth it. Bread here is chewy- they apparently don’t own any knives to cut your sandwich in half, it’s just not good. Drive to firehouse!

I encountered an issue with the online ordering system and when I called in, Dorian didn't hesitate, but immediately put me at ease and assured me we would get the order taken care of.
