Not your usual ramen house. Couldn't just grab my usual tonkotsu ramen and am glad that was the case. Ended up ordering the black garlic chintan. It was bursting with flavor. The noodles were perfect also. Tried both lightly spiced and medium, preferring the lightly spiced but both were excellent. The pot stickers were ok. Seemed deep fried instead of pan fried. Came in 15 min after opening and every table was taken or reserved. So come early or wait. Everything was delicious. Extra spicy will give some solid heat by the end if you're into that, although it does cost a dollar to add the extra spice.

Fair warning. The mid spicy level is quite high. So if you don’t like it tooo spicy. Tell them so. Besides that. This places rocks. The Spicy shrimp ramen is just great and it makes me want to come back. Everything was spot on and the service was great and friendly. The Black garlic chintan Was great for any vegetarian out there. Few get the five star. The calamari was impressively tasty. Cooked to perfection.
