But with that, they're way too big for most kids to eat on their own. They do have catering cookies that are mini versions that I would recommend for younger kids.“

This was one of our stops on the All Inclusive Downtown Portland Food Tour and it's so great to be able to try authentic Hawaiian shaved ice without the expensive plane ticket. We had Ube (purple yam) and Orange Dream (Orange Coconut) and both are mind blowing. Try it and you won't regret it!“
“The snickerdoodle Icecream was fantastic and so was the fresh made waffle cone. I tried a few samples of the seasonal flavors and did not like them. The price was a bit high, it was about $16 for 2 of the 1 scoop cones. The line was absolutely insane on a weekend night and it moves slowly with everyone getting samples. Parking was difficult, the lot was packed.“

“We visit this place whenever we come to Portland. They make the crepes right in front of you with fresh ingredients which makes this place a must try. They take their time to prepare as it is freshly made. But well worth the wait. The only challenge is, if you prefer to sit and eat, there are not much seating around here as it is in a mall. We usually get their cone style crepe which makes it easy for us to carry around the mall.“

“I really like the popsicles and want to try the icecream soon. The watermelon, bubblegum, and cookies and cream popsicles are great. The pecan and pineapple were just okay. They’re a little expensive at $3.50 each but they are a nice treat. Some had a lot of ice covering them since they are not in sealed bags.“
“Can I just say I am secretly addicted to this place? The hotter it gets, the more I crave Menchies. I absolutely love the dole whip and the raspberry frozen yogurt. Lots of variety on flavors and they change frequently. Best place to get grab and go yogurt. It also has a toppings bar that also has a variety of fruit, boba, and other basic toppings like sprinkles or granola. I almost always gravitate towards the fruity sweet flavors. They have an app that I would recommend getting. Every time you spend $50, you are rewarded with $5 back. It all adds up and that $5 reward does come quickly, especially if you have a family. The app doesn't always work though. For example, I tried scanning things in July for their in app game sweepstakes, and it wasn't working unfortunately. Overall though this is just a little place that makes me super happy. I have also been to Progress Ridge and the Sherwood location. All of them are bright and cheerful.I also love the cute little spoons. The hoarder and environmentalist in me can't toss them out so I use them for when I'm eating ice cream and yogurt at home too. Stickers for kids and coloring sheets are also available free swag sometimes given out at the register too. Definitely a kid and kid at heart place. Heaven and fro-yo. Yes, please!“

“I stopped by Cosmic Bliss in the Pearl District in Portland after passing by it a few times. Overall, I’d give my experience 8.8/10. Note the plant based ice cream uses coconut as base so all of them have a tint of coconut!- Infinite Coconut: 8.8/10: Coconut on coconut. Not too sweet but refreshing- Strawberry Shortbread: 8.8/10: Good balance of flavour, a hint of coconut flavour that adds more flavour“
“This is one of my all time favorite places! I had not been in for quite awhile (because of work out of town) and was not disappointed when I went this week. The young man who tends to wear his hair up was so kind to me. (had just lost my house to storm).I usually get a pot of their sencha or their hojicha and ongari. It is one of the few places a vegan can get a savory treat which is SOY free.My system doesn't seem to love sugar so I have never had their beautiful pastries. I dream of something vegan with maple syrup or coconut sugar LOLIt is the ONLY place in town with a serene environment and not a line of people for BOBAI so wish their hours were 10-4 being I prefer my caffeine early but this is a sleepy city and everything gets going later than the east coast it seems. I would also love to see Califia or Minor figures oat milk as options but I know they are more costly.LOVE THIS PLACE!“

“Today was amazing and the service made all the difference. The gentleman behind the counter was running solo but was patient with my kids, receptive, charming and made our stay one the best 31 Flavors visits ever. Such a refreshing change from the entitled d-bags who think they are doing you a favor or make you feel like you are the inconvience. Old school service!! Thanks! If the owner/magager sees this we were there ~330pm July 20. Give this guy a bonus! I've gotten cookies so overdone that they're just crunchy which is the opposite of how they should be, I've gotten the wrong cookies, etc. But the store is always good about correcting any issues. I love that. The problem that they can't help with is the doordash drivers, most of them, do not knock and just leave the box on the ground. That's just gross! And this order today, the box near the sticker was torn and the sticker wasn't stuck! No one took a bite, but that doesn't mean they were not touched. And, naturally, he didn't knock, he just plopped them on the ground so they were cold when I got them inside. Now I am too grossed out to eat them. Thanks doordasher!“
“There are a few gelato locations in the Portland and suburb area but this one's in a good spot because it's in the neighborhood where there's a lot of other great places to eat so if you're having a little sweet tooth after dinner or you have a hot date for the afternoon, just swing by here. The flavors are delicious and refreshing and you wouldn't be disappointed with what you chose because they're all good. I haven't been here in a while but I really wanna come back! I'm glad this place is still up and running and they haven't left us yet.“

“I was so happy to come to Menchies. And it lived up to the hype. There were many selections of yogurt and also toppings. I got the tart blueberry swirled with original tart and added some dole whip on the side. I was so happy with my selection. The service was awesome. The girl was friendly. There were a lot of customers and she got through the line pretty fast. The store was cute and fairly clean considering the rush they were having. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning. I hate that I had to use it. But I had to pee and I live in Yamhill.“
“The employees here are wonderful and always very patient and kind with the amount of serving they do. The ice cream is hands down the best I've ever had out of anywhere I've traveled. The ingredients and flavors are so perfectly balanced and REAL, I couldn't ask for anything more. The malts, flights, banana splits, and other options offered are wonderful as well.
