We are trying to order from the new Cantina Menu and since the app is not working management is refusing to help us, same management that doesn’t even know the hours and had to ask other staff. The only other option is to drive an hour one way to try to new menu, absolute garbage for customer service. Reached out to corporate and eager to hear about managements future learning opportunities.

They take no responsibility for their mistakes at all. I ordered from Door Dash, and received my order with ingredients completely missing. I called the store directly to see what could be done. They won't have anything to do with refunds because it's Door Dash, however I was told by the woman on the phone that I could come through, at any time, and receive a remake of the meal that was incorrect, along with a combo meal, both at no cost to me. I would just need to give the name Matthew when I ordered.Though I thought this was a bit odd, I said okay and moved on. Went back the next day, ordered both meals, and told them at the window what the lady on the phone said.Some guy came to the window and said they don't do Door Dash remakes and questioned whether I actually talked to Matthew. When I asked why I was told this on the phone yesterday then, his reasoning was they have many new employees that don't know what they are doing. I was given no compensation of any kind for their mistake, no apology, nothing. I left and will not be going back.I don't know who Matthew is, I would assume the manager, but he should probably spend some time at the store to actually train his employees. What a joke.

Went to the restraunt 0n the 18th at 5:30 pm. Went inside to order and was ignored for 15 minutes. Was then told i had to use the kiosk. I wanted to pay with cash. Was told very rudly that they would not help me at the counter. I was very angry. I left and went to McDonald'

One of the employees lives in a blown out trash filled car with flat tires in the parking lot that hasn't moved in a very long time. Why would management allow that? It looks terrible and is very unhygienic.
