We went through this drive-thru and there was nobody else in line yet it still took almost 30 minutes to get our food and the food was cold. Really getting tired of Burger King's service at all their restaurants. Too many kids running these places when they have not learned what customer service isKid-friendliness: Nothing here for the kids to do
Food was good but I had to ask for a drink cup and a napkin. Absolutely one of the dirtiest fast food dining rooms I have ever been in....shoes stuck to the floor, rugs appeared to have never been vacuumed, floor covered with litter and dirt, soda machine in need of a wiped own as were the counters, uncorgial staff.
