Giving this place 2 stars only because my chicken burrito still tasted good even though they ran out of steak, lettuce and guacamole. Crew is very rude. They messed up the order of the customer before me and the crew member kept rolling her eyes and had a smirk on her face. Another customer informed the cashier that they are out of forks, his reply was "there's spoons". Really? ordered off the mobile app for a quick and easy experience and they messed up not only the burrito bowl, forgetting to put ingredients in, and my boyfriends burrito, specifically put no lettuce and salsa on the side and they put the lettuce in and gave the wrong salsa.
I have enjoyed Chipotle for many years, but today 05/23/22 was the best ever! Whoever is cooking definitely improved on the already delicious recipes. My whole family are so glad that you came to Medford.
