It's rare for me to write reviews, and I typically only do so when my experience is superb, or the reverse. Talent, Oregon is SO fortunate to have Daddy Ramen in our community! Absolutely wonder! Exceptional service, delicious food. They have an option for gluten free noodles, and they broth for their vegan ramen is gluten free! They've moved to 110 Talent Ave in Talent

Insanely delicious. Would go back again an again until I'm burned out. If I had one thing to add, I wish there was a little more meat. I will say though that wherever I eat I always want a little more meat.
