Only giving "atmosphere and service" a low rating because I personally feel that their employees should be more considerate and empathetic to customers that are people that walk. Perhaps not judge people so quickly and understand that sometimes people that have been walking a long distance (and people that regularly go there) need to sit and relax for a bit. I was tired from driving a long way so I was taking a long time to decide on my order and changed my mind at least twice but person who took my order made me feel like it was no big deal and it was nice. I am an ice cream lover so any review as far as that is concerned is gonna be good and dairy queen is no exception. The food I had was honestly ok because of the service ( she plugged my phone charger in and let my phone charge while I ate and she went out of her way to say hello...read full review
