Got here at 9:40 on Christmas for DoorDash. Tried handle on both doors, locked. Sign said lobby open until 10 and there were no Christmas hours notices. I knock on door and make eye contact with a man in the lobby. He motions to go through the drive-thru. Waiting in drive thru, an employee says they are only accepting DoorDash orders.Fine by me, I’m paid by the hour.Though I think they should get a small PC and printer for employees to print paper signs as a heads up. This particular location feels neglected. While I had good food and good service. The soda machine was down. Not that big of a deal I could have water. Something about eating in the lobby was off though. Just my opinion maybe just hit the drivethrew. Maybe they need some plants or music. Maybe it's just me.

It's so sad that the Grants Pass location closed during covid. It was my favorite burger in town... The food was good, took a while to be acknowledged, but once we were, we got very friendly service. Food didn't take long. The store was clean.
