I like Jimmy John's and it was routinely my go-to sandwich place in Northern Nevada. I went to at least 3 different locations there and the food was consistently good. A location in Utah was also comparably good - at least 4.5 stars. So, I figured I could depend on JJ's to deliver a good sandwich, regardless of location.Wrong.The Riverside location in Medford, OR was simply not what I expect from a JJ's. This was my second time here, the sandwich couldn't have been drier! I, couldn't understand why, the place was so noisy, not from the 4 customers? Gross, that only 1 employee, had a hat, no hair nets. Certainly should have hair nets, I will be checking with the health department!

The food was good and ready pretty fast, the place was clean and had entertaining signs around to read, prices were fine, staff was mostly friendly. First visit to Jimmy John's so we weren't aware that we needed to grab our cups and chips from the front and find the straws and napkins. Signs, verbal instructions or something like more obvious placement of these things would be helpful in the future.
