Amazing lunch experience @ Maguey Cocina in Medford, OR.! Beautiful restaurant with amazing management and staff! Atmosphere was great. My tostada was only okay. I did swap out the refried beans for black beans but the tortilla was small and not crunchy. There were few onions. The flavor was bland on its own but better with added salsa.This restaurant is a favorite of my parents and also has student menu deals. Other items are probably much better.Vegetarian options: Not geared towards vegetarian eaters.
