What a great find!! This place is clean and inviting… not intimate or romantic, but straightforward, serving no nonsense poke bowls!Every time I am in town I head for Poke Hana! The fish is fresh and so are all the great toppings they have! If you like poke (or spam or chicken teriyaki)this is a great find!!
Flew up here for work and looked for some lunch. Sure glad I found Poke Hana. This is quite possibly the best Poke bowl I’ve ever had. If I ever come back to Medford I’ll make sure to get another one!

We LOVE Poke-Hana and eat there regularly (x3/ month). We've only ordered the 2 protein build-your-own bowls for $14, the employees are always generous with their servings and they end up weighing at least 2 lbs by the time we've finished picking out all of the toppings we want. Our only wish is that their hours of operation were longer, but we have no other complaints. To the owners- thank you so much for finally opening up a poke spot! You guys rock!
