Forced to order from kiosk even with employee standing behind counter at a register. Ordered it to the way I wanted and it still wasn't done right... Parking lot had several transient tweaker types lurking around as well.
It's one of my favorite T-Bells in the valley. My order is always correct. The staff offers great customer service, and when I ask for extra sauce, my food actually comes with extra sauce. If you are a condiment lover, you know the struggle is real. It's worth driving a mile or two out of my way to go somewhere that has repeatedly hit the mark for a Bell lover like myself!

Love the Taco Bell on Jackson Street in Medford. Friendly and courteous employees and fast service. They also don't destroy the food when packaging it. Nothing worse than having to eat in a hurry in your car and you open the taco and it goes everywhere - they get the food in the bag and no mess. ?
