Delicious Pecan PiePecan Pie is a holiday order ahead item. We ordered one several years ago and it was delicious. I asked for one for my birthday the following February and they made one even though it was not the time of year they sell them. I really loved my beautiful wedding cake - it was a huge cake and was prepared well both with its moist texture and delicious frosting (like perfect frosting) to survive transport in high Summer to a remote venue where we were holding our reception.The owner of this bakery spent a lot of time working with my mom to bring my favorite cake (pink champagne) to life with an authentic flavor, and I appreciate that so much. Hello friends of Medford area! I just picked up my baby's 16th Birthday day cake From the AMAZING The Cupcake Company . And they seriously outdid them selves!
