This place is outrageous expensive, weird demeanor from the staff and they started filling the pretzel bite bags only half way! When I mentioned it the woman on the register she was shocked that I said anything. The pretzels are now also super greasy, gross. We Will be going to Auntie Annes’s from now on. The people here seem a bit scammy.
Don't go here!!!!!! We got burnt pretzels. When I went to exchange them the guy was so rude to me that I changed my mind and asked for a refund. He argued with me that they weren't burnt, but they were clearly burnt. I wish I would've taken a picture now, but believe me when there's black on every piece of the bottom of the pretzel, it's burnt. He didn't want to give me my money back and was very argumentative and put them back in the case and told me now I can't sell them. And...read full review

It's way too expensive, didn't get our order right, and then said it was going to more money on a mistake they made, not very friendly and the kicker there was a hair in our pretzel. Very disappointed.
