In line and a guy came in, there was only one register open. The guy walks in and goes straight to a girl making pizza and asks for an order to be placed she says ok and helps him meanwhile I am the 4th person in line waiting to be helped. She gets his order and he pays. I then walked up to ask if I could pay for my order she said no that I needed to be in the line I was in, well as I went back in line two more people walked in and now I am 6th in line. The evening shift is usually local high school kids, not really a lot of supervision here. Leadership seems to be missing currently, and the franchise owner needs to get a strong night manager in there so the orders don't get behind and have people waiting over an hour for take and bake
