Ordered online and waited til my pickup time just to spend and extra half hour (not kidding) waiting standing in line just to tell the ONLY worker in the store to start making the online orders because mine is in there and it was supposed to be done 45 minutes ago, he then acted agitated like it wasn’t his fault he neglected the online orders for the better half of an hour.

I know it's snowy and frozen, and the kid in there was the only worker. But I've never seen someone take 10 minutes to make two sandwiches. Placed an order, waited about 10 minutes, then showed up and proceeded to sit in the restaurant for another 50 minutes. In that time, I think he made five other sandwiches. He was unhelpful and rude, and several people walked out from standing at the ordering line without him even acknowledging their existence.

My family of 3 were the only people in the store. The worker didnt even know what the "mini italian" bread was. We were there for like 20 mins just to get 2 6inches and a footlong. There was basically no veggies out and when i asked for a little lettuce the worker pretty much put a couple pieces. By the end of it my sandwich literally had like no meat on it.. I was eating bread..So disappointed.. and I walked out of there spending $30 for basically bread..

Furious !!!! I order my sandwiches and give you the cash register and that’s when they tell us that they don’t accept the coupons they did prior to this but now they don’t accept them anymore you need to have a when you come in the door instead of the cash register will not ever go back again I will go to Independence every time!!This way people know they don’t order the sandwich!!! Because I would’ve went somewhere else!!!

I have gone to the subway sandwich shop at Walmart as well as the one that's on Pacific highway close to Waverley and I've had excellent treatment and the sandwiches are so good done to perfection. But the newer one where Izzys used to be I will never go to again. Horrible service and after quite a wait with no service I left. It seemed most people in there were fed up with the service as well. They could've used two more people in there easily but one was kind of hiding around the bread area one woman looks flabbergasted and kept looking at the orders and then there was a young man that seemed to be the only one that knew what he was doing.
