This is one of my favorite vineyards. Their reisling is my absolute favorite. It is tucked into the vineyard and has a nice tasting room which has a relaxed vibe.The new distillary has whisky that is put into wine barrels that had cabernet and pinor noir. I'm not a whisky drinker, but I have to admit that their cabernet whisky is quite tasty.
Trisaetum offers the best wine tasting experience in the willamette valley. They have a wide array of delicious wines including Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and sparkling wine. They offer an amazing charcuterie board with phenomenal meats cheeses and more. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable (Alice and jasmine are particularly great). The tasting room has beautiful views and is decorated by beautiful paintings created by the owner.

We actually didn't eat here but the wines...wow, they are incredible! Some of our favorite pinot noirs right now and they're on 2021's so have lots of room for aging. Highly recommend them for this as well as their service and knowledgable staff!
