The fries were fresh and delicious, as usual! I shared my husband's.I ordered Grilled Southwest Chicken salad. In years past this salad was amazing. Not this time nor the last time I ordered one. Although the chicken was freshly grilled they didn't slice it and gave me only a fork. I had to rip the chicken into strips with my fingers. Okay no big deal. Only iceberg lettuce( no romaine as advertised) in big pieces so that was a bit awkward to eat. No grape tomatoes as advertised....read full review
Stopped at Jack in the box at 12pm, 1/21/23 and was going into the dining area to order and the doors were locked. Website stated dine in and drive thru open....I guess the joke was on us! Thankfully, Taco Bell was open!

Whoever was the cook and fryer On December 15 at eight P.m. deserves a raise cause it’s been the best Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever had because most of the time is trash. Best cook, burger, tacos, and fries. I’ve had in a long time.
