Incredibly friendly staff, simple and easy to understand menu, and food that you can tell at first bite is prepared with care everyday. Personally, I'm a sucker for any meat slow cooked on a vertical spit. It's hard to beat that crust that forms as the juices and fat drip down the sides. Most options were Gluten Free. Back in Portland, the last leg of our trip home. Dinner at this sweet little Mediterranean gem in Cascade Station.Delicious protein bowls with lamb and beef shawarma fresh off the spit, fresh veggies and homemade hummus.I love the Lotus flower dream...
