One of my Top 10 Vegan Pizzas in Portland. The attention to flavor and ingredients is that of a full restaurant. However they operate out of a food cart! A must try on the vegan list!
Gasp! I can't believe I haven't reviewed Baby Blue! I'll be honest - I'm incredibly picky about vegan cheese. This place? It doesn't disappoint. The amount of sauce on the pizza is very, very generous. The cheese is so so so nice and resembles real cheese and is gooey. It looks like an actual real pizza. If you like thin crust and wood fired pizza you'll love this place. This was one of the first vegan pizza places I tried a couple years ago and still crave it regularly. One person could eat a whole pie easy so don't plan on sharing. Also love the newer location in the Rose City Food park, way more seating and a beer garden there as well!
