The Jiangbin is big, but also light and fluffy. They can take a little longer to arrive than other dishes, like our wonton noodle soup, when they are busy. (Note that the food truck photos are old. They are now a small sit down restaurant.)
I debated writing this because if it gets busy, there may not be a table for me! But I MUST share with you about this little gem...On the quiet end of Vaughn, Bing Mi is truly spectacular and just off the beaten path. First time having Jianbing and it was delicious. I loved the crunch of the wanton inside of the wrap. I got the spiciest version and it was almost perfect in terms of balancing the flavor of the tofu, eggs, oily wanton and the crunch of the lettuce.The only downside is that it is expensive and it did not fill me up for lunch, I definitely could’ve eaten 25% more and felt pretty satiated.
