Holy amazeballs this place is awesome! It was a take out. Brought the dinner home for our Valentine's celebration. It was my first time with Bistro 23. I trusted the reviews about their food, specifically their pork chops. And nope, it did not disappoint! I love the pork chops and their truffle garlic mashed potatoes. My husband loved it too. The pork chops are well done and very tender. And they are so tasty! Will definitely come back for sure. Maybe, we will dine in instead of takeout.

Some of the best food in the Portland area. The service was good, although you do have to order at the counter. It's a little busy there during rush times but it's worth the wait.
