“I have been to chipotle all over. Monday night, moderately busy. I guess it’s near college area? But they got my food within 10 minutes of ordering mobile and the portions were solid and it was the right order. There have been times where orders are late over 1/2 or even 1 hour at chipotle all over the country. Have to give a plus.“
“On April 2nd the power went out at this Chipotle. I watched the staff handle customers who didn’t seem to understand what a power outage was with professionalism and great customer service. Especially the man with curly hair and a ring necklace made our food and explained the power situation to many customers patiently. He’s made our food before and is quick and friendly. “ADA violation: PLEASE FIX THE HEAVY EXTERIOR DOORS.It takes perhaps 40 lbs of force to open them. 8.5-10 lbs is the legal maximum. This is an ADA violation.Children, and members of the community in a wheelchair, arthritis and others would quite certainly not be able to operate the doors.Your business profits: I've seen countless people walk away thinking the restaurant is closed because they cannot operate the doors.Thank you.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible as the doors are extremely, extremely heavy“
“I was underwhelmed with the service, there seemed to be a whole lot of people running around but it didn't have the clockwork feel of other Chipotle's.Way too noisy.It's also hard to negotiate getting a drink as you're forced to either walk through the service line and avoid folks getting their food, or push back through the line of people trying to find the service line.No signs.It's just confusing.Staff are nice. Manager asked after us.But still not a comfortable meal.“
“I mean, it's Chipotle. It's not the best. And this is definitely not the greatest location. Bathrooms are filthy, the place is constantly packed, and their customer service is iffy at best. If you really want Chipotle, prepare for a mediocre one. But hey, at least you got a burrito that'll destroy your stomach later.“
“The quality of the food is great at this location. Quick and helpful customer service provided by the employees. I gave a 4 for atmosphere because the store is a little bit messy. Tables need wiped and the drink stations cleaned. Overall a good chipoltle experience.“
“10/10 would recommend. I bought a couple burrito bowls tonight. Got the usual half chicken half steak. They stocked my bowl. I was beyond stoked for this. When I left and got home I realized I lost my phone. Absolutely terrible feeling. I lost my phone which means I lost my soul. I called this store to see if they had it or if someone turned it in. No god no they didn’t but they sure as heck went out of their way to check cameras. Angels. These people are angels. Long story short my phone was still lost, and I felt defeated. I get back home and start eating my burrito bowl. When I tell you I saw Jesus I saw the pearly white gates. This bowl was so fireee. The best bowl I have ever had. Chicken on point steak cooked to perfection. The rice, the fajitas the beans the salsaaa. I even got their homemade drinks… absolutely fireeee the watermelon lime one, I definitely mixed with sprite…fireeee. I started to realize I wasn’t sad anymore. This bowl made me forget I had lost my phone! Now if that’s not saying something I don’t know what is. 10/10 would recommend.“
