“My last trip to DQ took an unreasonably longer than expected amount of time in the drive thru. Total order time took about 25 minutes. When i got my food, the blizzards were starting to melt and cups had ice cream running down the sides, the lady tried to give me the wrong order and then looked at me like I was the one in the wrong.“
“One of the employees is pretty rude, my card wouldn’t swipe because it’s kinda old so I literally sat down right in front of them placed the EXACT same order for pickup using DoorDash and they still wanted to hassle me as if they didn’t know it was my order.“

It’s been a long time since I’ve been through a drive-through and I never come to Dairy Queen and the food here was fresh it was hot and remind her I’m going through the drive-through it was very quick and the time I got home my food was fresh and still hot thank you thank you thank you“

“Friendly staff and their soft serve vanilla and chocolate cones (dip or no dip) always taste fresh and creamy.Four stars as they need a better way to traffic their drive through -possibly move window to East Side of building so traffic line up down 60th rather than blocking traffic on Duke.“

“For entry level job these workers really try to get it right. Encouraging words work better than criticism and complaining. The Reese's peanut butter cup blizzard is the only thing I buy though. ? It's sooo good. Especially when the Reese's are plentiful. ?“
“The folks working at this Dairy Queen are terrific. Friendly, and knowledgeable about the food, combos, and deals. The eating area is clean. The food is ready quickly and it's hot and fresh. I really like the two-stack combos and my fav is the cheese curds with a side of gravy.The bathroom was clean and stocked.Thank you!“
