I've been living nearby for years but only recently went to Grand Central Bakery. I'm not sure why, but I always avoided this place but maybe because it always seemed busy. I think there's a good reason they're busy, the bread, sandwiches and drinks are all very good. They have a cafe with sandwiches, salads, soups and delicious baked goods. Absolutely love this place! When I'm in Portland this is my go-to for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Great options and their seasonal sandwich are so yummy! Great coffee and pastries! And the customer service is fantastic! And thier loafs of bread are soooo tasty!Parking: This location can get busy so parking can be tricky. You may have to park a few streets away.
