Higgins remains one of the better fine dining options in Downtown Portland. The food preparation and presentation is above average and the service is top notch. I wish they had a broader offering of local wines, featuring some of the better labels such as Penner Ash and Willamette Valley Vinyards.
Higgins has always, and continues to be the best restaurant in Portland for a lovely, leisurely lunch. The service and food is consistently outstanding. The ambience is warm and inviting.
