Pre ordered four racks of pork ribs to go. Quality meat and everyone at the event loved the flavor. I was in there and out of there in 3 mins on pickup. Quality sealed packaging that came right out of warmer made transport to event easy too. All around great experience.
I had the smoked brisket sandwich. The meat was juicy and well-seasoned, if not a little too salty, but the sides left a lot to be desired. The coleslaw tasted like cabbage coated in plain Greek yogurt. It really missed the mark on balanced flavor. The macaroni salad had a very subtle flavor, but it was pleasant. Ultimately, the meat was the star of the meal which is what you want from a BBQ joint.

When I'm craving smoked meat, this place is becoming my spot, and I like that they are close to where I live. The food is excellent and fairly priced. I'm looking forward to trying their ribs next time, since they were unavailable at my last visit - purveyor issue. Service is always friendly too. The ambiance is rustic outdoorsy with plenty of picnic tables.
