While the spot seems sketchy, it absolutely is not. I have heard rave reviews of Mando's wings for a minute now, and I finally decided to give their cart a shot. The food was very, very tasty. Their burgers are of the smash variety, and the crispy edge bits really pop when it comes to flavor.
