Their vegan mushroom tikka masala is a favorite among both our vegan and non vegan family members alike. I’m guessing we’ve ordered from Maruti about 20 times. We love all of their food, especially the tikka masala, but the cutlets, pakora, chana, bharta, palak paneer, dal, papadums, roti—all is delicious. The veg biryani is a little dull, though. This is hands down the best vegan meal I have had at a restaurant. My wife and I are visiting from Boise, so we bought 4 jars of the Vegan Tikka Masala so we could make it at home (you can also purchase it on their website).
