Came here based on a lot of recommendations and it lived up to the hype! The bagels don’t taste gluten free at all and the desserts were also delicious. The vegan breakfast sandwich was a 10/10
Gluten free haven! The bagel and breakfast sandwich were delicious, but the maple bar doughnut felt like a dream come true. I haven’t had a doughnut this fluffy and airy in literal YEARS. This will be a pit stop for me every time I’m in Portland now!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free haven!

I have been shopping with New Cascadia since 2017. First, I bought the wonderful yeast risen breads and then got very excited about the real donuts. Now, I love the pizza and cinnamon rolls. 10/10. I drove home and had my pizza 30 minutes later and it was still so hot my gums got pizza burns! Everyone I have ever encountered has been friendly and very professional.
