“I ordered a beef brisket chimichanga and chicken quesadilla via Doordash. Both were exceptional. The quesadilla reminded me of one of my favorite New Mexican style restaurants in Denver: Jack-n-Grill. They use high quality cheddar (my personal preference) and chicken. I wish more restaurants understood and appreciated the superiority of quality cheddar. Also, their pico de gallo was top notch.. paired perfectly with the quesadilla. Please keep up the great work.Edit: I'm lowering my score due to service on the second order. They don't provide an option to order pico de gallo. I made a request for more, as 2 tiny cups don't suffice. It was ignored.“
“Went for cocktails, which were lovely and not crazy expensive. Food, including oysters and a small plate of cheese ended up costing over 70 per couple averaging three drinks for two. Great environment. Nice staff. Just seemed pretty pricey for food. But, who am I kidding? I never go out anymore!“

“This place is literally everything. The best sushi in town, for sure. But more than that, every time we walk in, Alex makes us feel warm and welcome. We have had an amazing experience every time we walk in that door. We've always loved Bamboo, but since Alex joined the team at this location, it's like walking into a warm hug. The staff is attentive, smiling, and helpful. The food is OUTSTANDING. As a chef from NYC, it's the best sushi I've ever had outside of the city (and probably even better!) Alex goes above and beyond to make her guests and her staff feel comfortable and happy. Only 5 stars because I can't give it 6. Eat here or you will regret it.“

My server had a lot of knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions about the menu easily.Unfortunately, they were out of my first two choices for dinner, so I ended up ordering the Lobster Tails. The lobsters were delicious. It had the traditional clarified butter for dipping and was served on top of shredded cabbage, steamed asparagus, and roasted red potatoes. Everything was good, there was just too much on the plate. It was hard to get to the asparagus and potatoes, and the shredded cabbage was unnecessary on the plate.“

“I highly recommend the Xiao Long Bao; the rich soup and generous filling make it almost perfect. The dry-fried green beans have a rich flavor, and the hot and sour soup is delicious too. Their egg drop soup is a favorite among kids. We also ordered the assorted fried noodles, which had plenty of ingredients and a large portion size. However, some of the pan-fried dumplings(紅油抄手） were overcooked and the skin was too soft. The dry pot series is also highly recommended; we tried the dry pot intestine. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the food here. However, the service is just okay and could be better."“

“We popped in for a late lunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was clean and our server was great! We had the seafood platter and a cup of chowder each as well as wine and beer. The chowder was hands down the most delicious I have had ever! It tasted as though it was freshly made to order. I am now kicking myself for sleeping on this place. What a cute, tucked away hidden gem! Sabrina was working the front of house and was an absolute sweetheart. I mentioned I was a lactose intolerant and pescatarian and she nailed it recommending the salmon salad. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the salad was fresh, and light while still hitting savory, sweet, acidic and a little nutty with the the feta. Crowds stack up fast on weekends so try to get there early or be prepared to wait for a table. I'd say it's the best dim sum in town but it's not like there's too many dim sum options in Portland.“

Everything we ordered was delicious: Paella negra, Patatas bravas, Beet salad, Grilled octopus and delicious desserts such as cheesecake, arroz con leche and chocolate cake. My only suggestion is that they widen their beer selection to include Spanish brands like Estrella de Galicia, Mahou, Ambar (to name a few). Lastly, the service was not as good, maybe because it was a busy night, but I feel they should have foreseen this and planned accordingly. Will definitely return.“

It's sort of like a food cart with some indoor and outdoor seating, each room with a unique theme..The kitchen is kinda spread out throughout the restaurant. The owner is really cool and super friendly. The bentos we had were really good as well. I've never seen a restaurant set up quite like this but the eclectic nature of it screams Portland. We ordered the saltado with steak and the ceviche as well. The steak was soooo tender. The sauce had good umami flavor. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Rice had such a good seasoned flavor. I will think about this dish for a while. The ceviche was also really good. I loved the mango and passion fruit to add sweetness. I didn't expect fried fish and fish chicharrones. So yummy.It might be a bit pricey, but the food is SO good!“

“You can't go wrong with anything you order here. One of my favorite dishes is the head on grilled shrimp with rice. It's soo flavorful and succulent. They sell fast so you've got to get them early. Another favorite of mine is the mussels. I love the creamy sauce and cheese on them. It's so different and I enjoy eating them with the rice. If you like Mac and cheese, you're going to love theirs. We ordered just the plain Mac for the kids and we all loved it so much we ended up ordering the lobster Mac the following time. It's one of the best we've ever had, so creamy. The boil bags are amazing of course! So much buttery goodness and the seasoning is They're just killing it over here and I give them mad props for their addicting dishes.“

I really enjoy the panang curry and the pad see ew. For less adventurous souls the yakisoba and Thai peanut noodle are great dishes for people new to the cuisine. I always get Thai tea in the summer but I also enjoy the hot tea when I dine in. I am not partial to seafood textures but the flavor was great and I even tasted a scallop and enjoyed it. Spring rolls are served with a tasty peanut sauce. Smoked mussel dish was to die for, Oysters are naturally delicious but the sauces here are amazing especially that green fish sauce, I’d bottle that and sell that immediately! Server was amazing and wish I knew their name so I can shout them out. I didn’t order it but $90 for a tasting per person is just too inexpensive for that quality and amazingly tasty dishes. Just want another shout out for the mussel dish on there March 18th menu. Dish will always be in my mind.“
