Best mochi I’ve had in Oregon. Fluffy chewy and gooey on the inside, crusty buttery and crunchy on the top. Outstanding.Good ube buns too I got at the end of day and still soft and fluffy.
I am reluctant to rate the atmosphere as St. Barbra's does not accommodate seated patrons. However, I can say their staff make your experience incredibly welcoming, and all staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. Their food overall hits the spot. It's very delicious, satisfying, and budget friendly for college students and households on fixed incomes. A great homage to Filipino culture. #applause
