Fresh Making! The portion of the bowl was decent and salmon and tuna were really fresh. It had some greens and big chunks of sushi rice in it besides proteins that meets the needs of daily nutrition. Definitely will buy again!
If you want a quick bite at PDX, this is the place. I had the tempura sushi burrito and it was ONO! Remember this isn't the typical sushi shop and just a small kiosk/cart, so stop complaining about it not meeting your expectations. 5 stars all day!

Was dropped off my friend off the airport and I was super hungry so I stopped at Sumo and grabbed my lunch. The sushi burrito was very good. It was nutritious and flavorful. The roll was packed of salmon, avocado and rice.Thanks for a quick and delicious lunch! Definitely will come back.
