It was not busy but I think because it is not super easy to notice and if you are on southbound 97 you have to find a way to turn around and get to it because of the median. Food was real good.
Redmond, OR isn't China Town in San Francisco, so don't expect the same quality and style of Chinese food here. That said, the food was good enough and my take out order was ready very quickly. It was fresh and hot and met my expectations considering the area. I'll go back when I'm back in town.

We have been going to Cindy's since she had a place in Bend down by Fred Meyers over 20 yrs ago. Then she upgraded and moved to RDM. We have never had a bad meal here! Food is always fresh and hot and tasty. I am very picky about Chinese food and they hit the mark every time !! The service is always quick and friendly. We ordered take out during Covid and were always satisfied. Cindy works very hard to put out a good meal .
