The staff was friendly. Let me sample the flavors and even suggested the last discounted Valentines' Day cake (I politely declined). They were very patient with other guests that came in behind us who had never had Cold Stone. I love seeing the energy. That's how you gain loyal guests.
Only one in central Oregon. For a chain store they have good ice cream. Young staff is usually friendly and accommodating. Can get busy sometimes so try to hit it at off peak hours.
