“Came back from a Cali roadtrip up the scenic route on the 101 instead of the 5 and stopped here just for their PB pie they have that I dream about but sadly they were out. ?We made the most of it and had dinner and John was awesome and made my birthday lunch lovely. My daughter tried something new and loved her burger. I got the crab melt and fried which was just perfect. The food and service is always excellent and the restaurant is clean and a busy spot.I'll still drive 2.5 hrs south soon for some of that pie. Maybe I'll call ahead to order some for pick up this time fingers crossed ?.”
“This place is a little unexpected gem. The burritos were like a warm hug from an aunty ?. The food has a home cooked kind of simplicity but executed at a high quality. If you’re passing through this little town and in need of sustenance… look no further.”
“I'm scared to share this place because it is our favorite. If you're driving by don't miss, unless I'm there with my family because it's their favorite.”
“Visiting from Texas. Food was absolutely delicious!!! I will definitely keep this place in mind for the next visit! So thankful they had Mexican Coke ? gracias!Service and food were top notch! Bendiciones y gracias!”
“The service was excellent! I enjoyed my food. I chose the biscuit and gravy with 2 eggs and a sausage patty. I also had their homemade lemonade with Boba. (that was exceptional!)”
“The toppings were fantastic and generous without overdoing it. So glad we tried the sausage. The crust was meh but not the worst. We ordered a deluxe salad with Caesar dressing so I can understand the confusion leading to us just receiving a (a VERY disappointing) Caesar salad. I was looking forward to the vegetables I had seen on the deluxe salad in another review. I’m sure they would have fixed it if we had gone back in but since I love a Caesar I decided I didn’t care. My bad.I think I would have been disappointed if I paid $5 for that salad. I paid $12 for a Caesar salad at Paradiso in downtown Salem last week. They served freshly cut romaine with house made butter baked croutons, fried capers, imported Parmesan, and house made dressing for the same price. At Pizza To Go, I got (freshly cut ?) romaine, stale croutons, and what appeared to be shredded Parmesan from a bag with decent dressing. If you’re charging premium prices, one expects to receive premium product.I would definitely go again for the pizza but I’d personally pan fry the crust before eating it.”
“Very nice restaurant on the river. Beautiful view, very nice staff and yummy food. Clam chowder in the bread bowl was excellent, the bread bowl was crisp and toasted. The salmon burger was great as well; a salmon patty on a crispy croissant.”
“So I've now frequented this establishment twice now. The first time it was a lackluster night with minimal patron but friendly crowd and the bartenders personable and friendly but maybe a little spread thin at times. Some manner of appetizer was ordered, fried mushrooms were still frosty in the middle but lava on the outside. That is a faux pas on cook with grease temp I believe. But I have faith it is not going to be a consistent thing. The big thing is there are social activities here such as bingo and pool tournaments and karaoke on Saturdays. I don't know of another pub in town so far that does anything. Or another pub at all. Overall its a good clean place.Parking: Parking is offset and across the street from the building. Kind of odd and jumbled.”
“A most amazing guy took me to eat at Azlan on our 1st date. The food was authentic, just like mom makes at home. I loved it. It was a memorable time for me. I'll always remember it and it'll be our place to eat...we ate there twice in a weekend.”
“This really is a great place to stop for a quick bite. The gentleman behind the counter was super nice and provided superb customer service. The food was cooked well and really hit the spot.”
“We went here when the previous owner still had it open. We loved it.The new owners....LOVE IT!!! LOVE IT!!!They did not disappoint!!! They took over the name, kept most of the menu, including the ice cream. And added their touch, as they should!!!Today, I had the single patty cheese burger with pastrami. AND LET ME TELL YOU....JUST YUMMMMM!!!!!!Now, I'm the type to have 'a little burger with my ketchup'. Don't ask, it's literally the only thing I like ketchup on. This is the first time in an extremely long time that I Have Not put one drop of ketchup on my burger!!!The burger is wrapped in this beautifully pleated wrap, pretzel bun I believe, shredded lettuce, onion, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, cheese, in house ground and pressed (yes, you read that right!!!) beef, and IN HOUSE SMOKED PASTRAMI!!!!No joke!!!! I took a bite, and I could not believe the explosion that was happening in my mouth!!! The most simple ingredients, but what brought it all together was the smoked pastrami!! The way that it was so perfectly smoked, it wasn't dry, it wasn't over powering, it was literally freaking perfect!!!!! I apologize for not taking pictures of the burger, I couldn't put it down! So there will be pictures next time I head there!!!!King Neptune, Thank You for blowing my mind!!!”
“I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. They had some fish my daughter got to feed. The orange chicken was really tender and had amazing flavor. My daughter and I came with some friends. So This place is the perfect place for family and friends. I recommend giving Ocean Garden.Parking: There was a good amount of parking here.”
“I like coming here. When I walk into Reedsport Subway there is always a smiling face to greet me! When making my sandwiches they are prompt and efficient. I truly like going here. Thank you to the people who work here for your kindness.Parking: The parking spot are out front and the parking lot is huge.”
“I had the best chicken strips and fries when I stopped here on my roadtrip yesterday! The blizzard was also excellent. The people who work here were pretty friendly and quick with my order. I don't understand some of the negative reviews here!”
“Warm welcome, great food, good service, beautiful view. Funky little place with lots of character. Kitchen is outstanding, mixing flavors for the perfect dish. We had clam chowder, wings, flat iron steak and schnitzel. Excellent! And the flower pot bread is super unique, delicious and memorable. Highly recommend Big Fish Cafe. Enjoy!!!”
