Service is good, the waitress was nice. but we always have to send food back. The biscuit was so hard you couldn't cut it with a knife. Had food served to us that was raw. I'm not sure what's going on with the cooks? But they need to remember that we're paying for this food so there's a level of quality to be met.

Normally 5 stars but thin crust and thick crust pizzas were barely warm. Then the boxes were crushed like someone's foot or fist was put into them. The thick crust had cheese stuck to the top of the box where it was indented and pushed down. The amount of force it took to crease the box causing an indent wasn't from heavy boxes stacked.
