I eat at this taco bell 50-100 times per year, so we we are well acquainted. While the staff and the food used to be much more enjoyable, I will say that they still try... just not very hard.My main complaint is simply that they allow for customized online orders, and they are nearly never correct.I have been ordering my food without cheeses and dairy based sauces for nearly 5 years, and in that time, I would say my order has been 100% correct less than 10 times.I don't know if...read full review

Almost self-service now. You have to place your own order and pay for it in a machine instead of someone taking your order. I'm a customer, not an employee. I didn't get a employee discount anyway. Very unhappy with Taco Bell now days. They need to quit being so cheap and hire more people to give better service. Sometimes I went in for lunch and the dining room was closed. That's OK, I like Burger King tooo.
