Food and service have gone downhill. They delivered our food and forgot about us after that. Food was just okay. They forgot our 6 year old's birthday as well. It was a meh experience for too much money.

I placed an Uber order tonight and after receiving it I was disappointed right away. The drink that was included in a kids meal was not delivered. When I grabbed my burger the bun was so soggy due to how greasy the patty was that it fell apart when I touched it. I asked for a well done patty and after several bites I looked down and not only were the fries covered in grease from my dripping burger, the patty was raw. The amount for each item is ridiculously expensive only to have such terrible quality. I was unable to eat my almost $20 burger after seeing all the bright pink. I’m very disappointed.I wanted to post a pic but I’m not finding an opinion to post a pic.

I have noticed the food seems more salty this last visit. Maybe an off night for the cooks. We love the beer cheese pretzels and the bourbon chicken and shrimp. I add a side of broccoli to get more veggies in though and it's still much more affordable than the best little roadhouse. They have also lightened it up in there too. Can't beat half price appetizers from 3p-6p!

One of the preferred places to eat but my son works there so its a conflict of interest to review.
We came here during the snow storm and understandable they were understaffed but the ribs were dry, the steak smelled like dogfood and it was $75! Definitely not happy and never coming back…

Last week my wife and I came in to sit at the bar for a couple of drinks. But we were told it would be about a 25 min wait. I explained to the hostess that there wasn't anyone sitting at the bar all seats we're empty. She told me it wouldn't be fair for those who were ahead of us. The funny thing was no one ahead of us wanted to sit at the bar they were all waiting for tables. I can't believe we would have to wait 25 min to sit at an empty bar. So we left and spent our money elsewhere.

Ordered through Grub hub and the order was not complete. Not only that but the order said to have ready for pickup at 5pm and the food was instead ready at 4:19pm. I arrived at 5:05 and realized it was only half the order. The manager stated was because of Grub hub and put the rest of the order in. The second half that we got hot was really good but had to heat the rest up in the air fryer and was not as good.

We were seated right away. Was told our waitress would be here shortly. She took our order and food was delivered in a timely manner. I noticed that it was not very busy, not once did she come back and ask how everything was. We were finished for a bit, she asked if we wanted a fill up if soda and would bring our check. Another waitress brought 2 sodas and we had to ask her for our check. Finally our waitress brought the check but still never asked how our food was. Very disappointed in the service
Great service, good deals and consistently yummy food. Taylor is amazing, with her great attitude and delicious drinks, you can't go wrong.

Ordered a salad for take out and when i got there it was a few minute wait but the waiter was kind. I paid cash but the til had not been filled so had to wait again. The salad was fresh and crisp and ther perfect amount of dressing was provided.

We had an Awesome birthday dinner for my husband, at the South Commercial Street Applebee's, in Salem, tonight! The Holiday combos are the bomb! We had the Blackened Cajun Salmon combo and the Sirloin steak combo. So Yummy! Lots of Delicious food on the plates, cooked and seasoned to perfection! Kudos to the chef! The service was so good, too! Kudos to Kate, our server! We literally had just been brought our drinks and the food came within 5 minutes! I highly recommend this Applebee's! Five stars! ???????
