The classic double was good but they really skimp when adding onions and leaf lettuce. You are paying extra and you get three micro sliced pieces of onion and one slightly wilted lettuce leaf. More care is needed when assembling the sandwiches. They are a mess when served with all the insides sliding out all around the bun.Why not just bring back the "super" instead of me having to add everything that used to come on it?On the plus side, the crinkle fries were perfectly done and served hot! Unfortunately the cherry tarts were a bit stale.

Your food is always delicious, no matter where I get it. I really like how bright and open the restaurant is.One tiny complaint is the discontinued potato cakes.Wheelchair accessibility: My friends have power scooters and there was lots of room to maneuver.We did find it odd the only entrance was right in the path of the pick up window.

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and a medium curly fry at the drive thru. Waited over 8 minutes before my order was delivered. Total time from drive up to delivery was 10 minutes, also received crinkle fry. Person at the window never apologized for the time. Very poor

This place is pretty hit and miss sometimes I get straight up commercial grade tasty goodness and I absolutely love it, sometimes I get something that looks like it was pressed out of a tire factory press and taste about the same. So it's a real 50/50 well let's say 60/40 but I'm not going to tell you which is which. The shakes are always good and they do have a pretty good variety, they seem to be changing up the menu and dialing in what people seem to want. I would definitely recommend it but don't be mad if you get a chewy tire, just give it another few tries because when it's good it's sooooooooooo good!Wheelchair accessibility: They have parking and a ramp
Husband ordered French dip meal with milk shake. Requestvno whip cream they over loaded had to dump half of it. The French dip auju was like water. Looked like they ran out and added water. This is a common order for him to pickup and it's disappointing to arrive home and your order is this bad.

The person in drive thru was nice. This is more about this locations policy. Ordered a tea no ice. I was told they were not allowed to sell me one no ice. Said it's a product quality control. Again, don't ever be mean to the people working. I accepted answer and left instead of demanding a Mgr and adding stress to their day.I don't do too many reviews but felt this is ridiculous. Other locations have done no ice. I can understand if I get less as most coffee shops do if u get no ice, but to not be allowed to sell one with no ice seems crazy.Gonna submit this to other review groups too and recommend choosing a different place to go with all the choices.

The service was excellent. They were so polite and patient. Honestly, way above par of what you would expect from fast food. I was very happy with the service. I would have given them five stars had it not been for the portions we got in one of our meals. We got the wings and curly fries for one of our meals and the wings were super duper small and the fries amount we got were basically 5 fries in total.... all for almost $12. It was pretty bad. The other meal we got, the French Dip meal, was great. So stay away from the wings, and you have a better chance of walking away a happy customer.
