Love their pretzels. I reccomend asking for a fresh pretzel. Even if they say the ones in the case are fresh they are so much better hot out of the oven. Worth waiting a few minutes for since they have to make new ones every 30 minutes.
We were happy with the pretzels. It was the staff that kinda forgot about our last order that was still cooking as they chatted away neglecting customers. I wasn't too mad about it and waited patiently for about 15 minutes. Seems like younger employees who are still learning the customer service business and themselves. Can't be mad at that although I would like to see some management presence? May make a difference. Otherwise, we just signed up for the app. We'll see how it goes.
