Recently had one of the worst restaurant experiences at one of these restaurants. I won’t be going back to any locations soon. The waitress honestly seemed high with how much stuff she was forgetting. It took us 10-20 minutes to eat our food but with how much time there was between getting the food, and the remakes that came after because our server literally threw our receipt away. The service was just terrible. We tried being polite with our complaints because I myself have worked a lot of restaurant in the past so I get just having a bad night but I’m just frustrated because we where there for 3 hours just for them to take $5 off our order. Our server not only disappointed us but showed us the reason we should switch to wingstop from now on.

The food was hot. I did order boneless wings but received bone-in. She was able to correct the order pretty quickly. I ordered a stout or porter but there was no one at the bar. So she forgot about my order. This place is losing money because their employees are not working at their post. Be where you are supposed to be. Will you fix this? This was in Salem. They were not busy. My waitress seemed very distracted. I'll be back because I love the spicy wings. But seriously, work on your customer service.

Service was terrible.our server "Layne" kept saying the food would be out it took exactly 17min and 32sec just for the replacment order and they got the replacment for the missing order as well. In total our wait time was 50min and 48 sec(I did time it btw☺︎) but on top of the 50 min wait time for food we also had to wait about an hourr just for seating when there were clean tables available and nobody else in front of us I'd say my experience was very upseating I am taking in consideration that there were 11 people but overall it was chaotic and very overpriced the food was cold and soggy when brought out, ???!?!??!?.Thank you,-spidermanPs. I'm never spending money there again

We arrived at 7:15 was told it would be a wait of 25 minutes. There were 4 of us.The place wasn't packed but they did have a couple large groups. We were seated at 7:45, which we expected. 10 minutes into being seated the waitress ask for our drink order. About 10 minutes later we got our drinks and she took our order. We ordered appetizers and our meal.15-20 minutes later we asked for refills on our drinks and couple minutes later we got our appetizers. So far we waited around an hour or so. In the meantime another large group was seated near us. There was another table where the customers were furious with their service , we overheard them talking. Appetizers gone and still no food. By this time it was 9-9:10 i asked our waitress what was going on, she said let me go check on your order. NOTHING! My husband asked to speak to the manager, by this time it was 9:20. The manager didnt have an answer as to why we had been there almost 2 hours. He said let me go expedite your order. EXPEDITE!!! After 2 hours!!! He said your order is being prepared now, should be a few minutes. He gave us a 25% discount and a gift card for the inconvenience. The large group next to us had about 12-14 people, mind you they have been there less then an hour. We finally got our food around 9:30-9:35. Our order was wrong our food was cold. What was Expedited!!! My grandsons wings had to be sent back twice cuz both times they were wrong and was the only thing hot. Our order must have been put aside to help the larger groups.The large group next to us received their food within an hour. Whats up with that?? They only pay attention to large groups, bigger tips? Who knows. Very disappointed and wont be going back again. Minus -10 rating from me!!Parking: We had handicap parking which was right in front.

Service was beyond poor, waitress basically dismissed our table. Food was gross, bar tenders attitude was more foul than the food. Working in an industry where tips are important you think you would focus on customer service. I’d rather eat an expired egg and have a homeless man spit down my throat then go back

I go for the wings but service needs help. Servers look over worked and have no empathy towards customers. Looks like they're just trying to finish the shift and leave. We went to celebrate a birthday and ended with a horrible experience and left. Their excuse is that it’s busy. There are multiple busy places with better attitudes. Our server would just leave and ignore us. You need trained or better waiters. I only saw one gentlemen who didn’t freak out and kept his cool.i think it was the manager but I would have not left if the waitress had more empathy!! And the bathrooms are really gross!

Over two weeks ago I got food , called in and they said 20 minute wait, me and my kids were waiting in the car for an hour and half once I got the food I had to remind them I had an entire kids meal missing and the fries that came with my family meal were missing as well, once I get home I realize they did not give me the family meal and I was missing 20 wings. I called to get a refund they took down my info and said give it 3-5 business days so I do and call when it’s been 5 business days because it has not came , the owner then take my info down again and says the same thing wait 5 business days so I do, still nothing. I don’t think they have even put it in there computer! I find it so rude. So I will be visiting in person today and hopefully will get refund for the entire meal because this is bullcrap. Not to mention everything was cold??
