A friend of mine tried to go here to make prearrangements. The lady working cracked the door, abrupt said they're by appointment only & slammed the door in hid face. I looked into their other locations. They're shut down & abandoned. This location isn't even open. Several of their locations aren't actually open or even there. False advertising. If I used them there's no telling where my loved one would end up.

I hate this place, they acted like they had everything organized, crown was suppose to send my father's ashes to the Vet Memorial for our service. We were there, his friends were there from the mcminnville police dept & the mcminnville sheriff dept as he was a Mac cop for 25 years & retired. He then ran for yamhill co sheriff won and was sheriff for six years. They promised they would have his ashes up there at the time of his service, but They forgot and they were not there, so we had to have theas service with our him. I can't begin to tell you how devastating this was especially for my mother who had a severe panic attack and had to go to the hospital by ambulance.I have never been so angry & devastated in my life. So to Crown Memorial fu,#k off. Do not go there.

From the beginning the service was very bad. Phone rang and rang and no would answer. They had to edit paper work multiple times, they shipped the remains and informed me that I would have to sign for them which I agreed, they were left sitting on my porch in the snow after taking an extra 3 days to arrive! Last, it took them over 4 weeks from the time they got the death certificate to finally mail them to me! Save yourself heartache and headaches and go somewhere else that will actually care about you and help you in such a hard time.

The people at Crown were wonderful. I worked mostly with Kendal, and she was very helpful, caring, efficient and respectful, and kindly answered all my questions. Crown Memorial's prices are listed on their website, so we were able to know the costs for the services we needed up-front. They ordered the death certificates for us as well which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Crown, and will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.
These people are awful. The services were paid for nearly two years ago. I lost my mom over a month ago and despite calling and leaving messages every single day they took over a month to get a hold of and that was a fluke because somebody in the Tualitin location answered. I attempted to go in person only to find that the business office is temporarily closed. Here we are about 6 weeks later and they still have my mother stored. I am just disgusted by the handling of my mom. The lack of caring is just gross and they made this situation way more painful and difficult. Shame.on them. I would never refer someone to this place. They behave less than human

Once we went contacted the Funeral Director in Salem it was quickly addressed and corrected.Estelle Isaacson was our contact person and she was excellent!
