I ordered a pan pizza because we love that there is no crust. We got a pizza that had cheese and sauce pooled in the center and a full 1 inch crust on each slice. When I came back from my car to ask if this is how they are made, the manager Mandy said it was because it was the white sauce and said she could remake it if I wanted. I asked if she could please do so and she immediately tossed the pizza into the garbage angrily and got to making another pizza for us. Customer service...read full review
Only have had delivery. They are on time or they give you free food next order. Only a couple times we had cold or overcooked but without even asking they gave us free pizza for next delivery. They stand by their

Tonight we decided to go with their family pizza $19.99 I ordered a bacon thin crust pizza and it was burnt from the top and the bottom. It almost chipped my tooth biting into it. Dang. The pepperoni pizza was good. Parmesan bites and cinnamon sticks good. I wish that they could of seen the mistake and recreated.
