Pros: our food came quickly and was hot. Nothing was burnt, and it all tasted really good. The arcade games were fun, and decently priced (some as cheap as 40 cents, average was $1 per game). The prize counter was also decently priced (my niece got a samurai sword for the equivalent of $3). I also like the mural that was painted on every wall. We had fun trying to guess what some of the random characters were. The cashier was also very nice and accommodating to us. They were kind enough to change the tv channel so my boyfriend could watch March Madness.Cons:The place seemed a bit dingy. The air vent was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The place needs an electrician to come out and figure out why several games crashed at once. That happened several times: in the middle of playing a game, it would just completely shut off, almost like the circuit boards were overloaded or something. It was very strange. It was also confusing to try to come in on the weekend as walk-ins. We’d never been there and it seemed like a huge deal that we hadn’t made a reservation. We just honestly didn’t know but luckily they found us one of two tables that were not reserved. My sister also thought it was weird that they didn’t have a little stool for little kids to wash their hands in the bathroom, since this is a place that caters to families.Overall impression: it was a fun experience and the food was really good. I’d go back again for sure. I just wish they’d fix those games that shut off for no reason.Kid-friendliness: My nieces loved it. They range in age 2 years old to 8 years old. My youngest niece loved the little rides and my oldest loved the games. They all had a great time.

As a huge fan of the pizza place that used to be located here, I was disappointed when they sold to the new owners in the pizza taste was not as good as before. That said, I recently gave this place a second chance to see if they'd improved on their recipe and I was pleased to discover that they have the pizza is now is good as it was before, so I'm glad they figured it out!Cuz magic they still need to get canned mushrooms in which they still don't carry and the ownership before did.The service needs a little improvement still.... But what's most important is the pizza and the pizza actually is almost as good as it was before.

The kids love the games. There is a nice variety and ride on games for toddlers.

I was very disappointed with my order tonight, 02/10/24. The pizza was soggy, not warm ( not even slightly) and wasnt fresh. Honestly it had a taste like it had been reheated. The tomatoes and spinach werenot fresh. The salad I ordered as well was sad. The croutons were soft most likely old. I thought maybe because of the salad dressing but the dressing was on the side. I was a big fan of Donatellos but not so much for Ollie's. Makes you wonder if the new owner/ management was worth it.

Pizza came out cold. No plates. No beer. Very little service. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, no paper towels. There was an employee using the bathroom at the same time and she was aware they were empty but didn’t replenish the items. The kids had fun in the arcade and the paintings on the walls were cool but I’d say that’s the only positive thing I could say.

We ordered door dash and had 3 individual pizzas delivered. They came totally burnt. The management refused to help me and said its door dash’s responsibility to refund the money. We only received $15 of a $32. Poor quality and management. I told the manager as he calls himself the district manager that it is due to poor training and their customer service is lousy.

Ordered 3 pizzas for the very first time from this place and what we received were 3 burnt beyond recognition individual pizzas. What is even worse was their customer service after we called. Their response was even more unacceptable than their burnt product. Never again!

We bought the party pizza they don’t cook toppings on the pizza anymore. They put them on after they bake the pizza. all the pop was flat and they don’t serve beer anymore. We bought ranch and it tasted like sour scream. The service was fine and the game room had less game no air hockey. They didn’t have a salad bar anymore.
