Asked to exchange four quarters for a dollar bill and lady said "I don't do change". So I guess everything there must be even account amounts.The place is still a dump Judy moved video poker to different location and placed a wall to divide old pool area. Was there for thirty minutes and was never even acknowledged until was told they don't do change. Lmao. What a joke of an establishment and service.i would not only never return to that joke of customer service but I'll do my part in telling everyone I know and anyone I even hear mentioning the place what a joking dump that place is. Hey fusion..,,... We are not lucky to be there or that you're there,,.... Your lucky to have us as customers and for us to be there..

Mellow & not "too clean" if that makes sense, definitely not dirty; good customer service even when your just there to play lottery. Didn't use the restroom, saw one though.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Owner was constantly berating and talking dowb to the lonely staff in front of all the customers. I asked him if he wanted us to leave. I was that uncomfortable. I started to defend her and he started to insult me. He was happy about being very rude... it was bizarre. He went outside and started smoking because he was so mad. What a child. I will only ever go back if he's not there.
